These connections are incorporated during the activation phase with each client, according to their technology stack and operational priorities:
Currently in production: DHL, MRW, and any carrier that generates standard CSV exports. Connectors with direct APIs from other carriers will be added during the activation phase.
For CSV integration, the process is minimal and doesn't require a formal IT project. For advanced integrations (APIs, ERP, TMS), technical involvement is necessary, but the Cadenity team provides end-to-end support.
Integration with SAP TM is available in the advanced activation phase. For the initial CSV phase, any ERP that exports shipment data in CSV format is supported from day one.
Yes. Exporting to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, and others) is available as part of the advanced phase integrations, along with outbound webhooks and SSO/SAML.
