Autonomous Incident Resolution

Automatic resolution of logistical incidents, From alert to action in seconds

Most logistics platforms stop at detection: they alert you to the problem and leave the resolution to you. Cadenity goes a step further with the AI Orchestration Center.

The problem it solves

Between detection and resolution
There are too many calls, emails, and Excel spreadsheets

When an incident occurs

Recipient unavailable, carrier delay, SLA risk — The coordinator investigates manually: Access the portal, integrate with the ERP, call the carrier, write emails, copy and paste between systems. Average time per incident: 25–40 minutes.

Cadenity's AI Orchestration Center eliminates that mechanic

The AI takes care of the entire process except for one thing: the final decision, which is always made by a human.

The six steps of the AI Orchestration Center

How the AI Orchestration Center Works
six steps from problem to solution

1

AI detects the incidence as soon as it happens: delay, failed delivery, SLA risk, cost deviation.

Detect
2

Cadenity gathers context, shipment history, customer profile, alternative facilities, historical patterns.

Analyze
3

The system generates 3–4 resolution options, each with its own confidence score, financial impact and effect on the SLA.

Generate options
4

The operator reviews and approves. The final decision is always human., AI proposes, humans dispose.

Approve
5

The action executes in a coordinated manner in the systems involved. Without copying and pasting between tools.

Execute
6

The system close the incident with a summary of what was done, how long it took, and how much was saved. The AI learns from the results.

FAQs

Does AI perform actions on my systems without my approval?

No. The AI Orchestration Center design places human approval at step 4 of 6. The AI detects, analyzes, and proposes, but it doesn't execute anything without operator approval. This is a non-negotiable design principle at Cadenity.

Today, it manages production delays, partial deliveries, returns, POD gaps, and SLA risks. The autonomous execution layer for redirects, escalations, and service changes with carriers is being activated progressively.

The incident is placed in a pending approval status with an active alert. The system will not execute anything without authorization. Alerts can be configured via email, app, or additional channels (Slack, Teams) to ensure they reach the appropriate person.

In the advanced activation phase, Cadenity connects directly to carriers via API to execute approved actions, redirects, escalations, and service changes. The initial phase works with standard CSV files and does not require API integration.

Yes. Every alert, recommendation, generated option, approval, and action taken is recorded in the audit log with complete traceability, including response time, the operator who approved it, and the estimated impact on SLA and cost.
